Training sessions are 1 hour in length and includes warm-up, training, and cool-down and stretch.

Individual Training (1 on 1) – $35 per session

This type of session is the most requested. With the Individual Training you get the undivided attention of your trainer in the privacy of a professional studio. Say goodbye to ‘gym floor’ training with distracted trainers! 3 sessions/week: $35 a session, 2 sessions/week: $40 a session, and 1 session/week: $50 a session. Partner Training (2 on 1) – $25 per session/per client

Another popular option is the Partner Training session. Training with a friend or family member has proven to increase session attendance and adherence to improved eating habits. You still get the undivided attention of your trainer and the privacy of a professional studio, but you pay less per session! 3 sessions/week: $25 a session per person, 2 sessions/week: $30 a session per person, and 1 session/week: $40 a session per person. Small Group Training (3-4 clients) – $150 per month

Small Group Training is the most affordable option at PhysEd. If you’ve never experienced group training then you’re in for a treat. The high energy dynamics and group comaraderie make for very lively and very effective sessions!
